    Nidugane Homestay , purely an estate home stay, nestled in the serene environment of a coffee estate, is perfectly located for a weekend break or a leisurely mid-week holiday. It is just 2.5 kms from Madikeri on the main road to Abby falls, a tourist spot. Just near the town but far from the bustling crowd, HOSAMANE the contemporary bungalow and HALEMANE the traditional house situated amidst the lush coffee greens are open to serve the guests.

    Plenty of updated amenities and a thoroughly modern bungalow with five guest rooms is designed in a circular shape, each room having a coffee theme. The color scheme of each room depicts the transformation of a blossom to a coffee bean.

    Halemane is a traditional style, elegant old house with a warm, homely feel to it. The attic is an interesting space. Breathtaking views of lush green hills provide the perfect backdrop.

    Swimming Pool: 'MATSYA' : The crisp fresh air caresses the senses as one takes a swim alongside the majestic view of mountain ranges. ​T​he Play Room in Hosamane is an ideal haven for children. ​Roof - top of Hosamane is a place for relaxation even during the rainy season and is a perfect place to host parties. ​Separate Meeting hall facility is provided. ​Tree House in the midst of the estate is a silent corner for peace lovers. ​Bedroom balcony of each room gives a stunning view of the coffee plantation. ​Lush green lawn surrounding the Halemane is a comfortable zone for evening sit outs, walking and out door activities. ​Natural Lake will be equipped with peddle boating during the summer. ​Bonfire will be arranged on request from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm only. ​A separate bath and toilet for driver is provided. ​Trekking arrangements are made on request.     • No outside food except snacks are allowed in Abbydhama premises.

    • Food is strictly not served anywhere other than respective Veg & Non-veg Dining areas.

    • Use ashtray and don't throw cigarette butts outside the balcony or in the surroundings.

    • Shifting or displacing chairs, cots, fans or any other items inside is very striclty prohibited and such acts will attract claims.

    • Guests are requested to take note of the list of items provided inside the room, so as to hand over the same at the time of checkout.

    • Any loss or damage to the property or items has to be borne by the guests.

    • Bon fire will be arranged on request from 07:30 to 09:30.

    • Outside lights will be switched off at 11:00 p.m.

    • In case of eletricity failure, generator is run for emergency use in day time & in night it will be switched off at 11:00 p.m.

    • Check out time is 12 noon.  Kindly inform the checkout time in advance to prepare the bill.

    •  Cold water shower before entering the pool is a must.

    • Guests shall change the dress after swimming in the change room before entering their respective rooms.

    • Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool premisis.

    • Usage of glass utensils in this area is prohibited.

    • Guests are requested to take care of thier kids in the pool area.

    • Lockers are provided to the guests in the change room on request.

    • Guests are requested to read the general rules mentioned in the pool area.

    • No running or rough play inside the pool.

    • All persons using pool do so at their own risk.

    • The management reserves the rights to refuse admission to any person failing to comply regulations.

    • Guests are not allowed to use the Pool at the time of maintenance.
