It has two double bedrooms and two family rooms in a converted 125 year old house, separate from the main residence. There are also tented accommodations, swings, and a hammock in the garden. The host is passionate about wildlife and takes guests on guided walks around the property’s large 90 acre estate (part of it is private forest and bird sightings are plentiful there).     Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to management and season.
    All children are welcome!. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Any children above 6 years are charged half per night and Any children or adult above 12 years are charged full per night. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
    Pets are allowed. Taken care by owner and no harmful should be done. Pets not allowed inside building.

    Traditional Coorg style buffet is served for meals. Both veg and non-veg delicacies are provided for lunch and dinner.

    There are no restrictions on consumption of liquor and other beverages as long as things are under control and no damage is caused to the property and people.

    Light clothes (that can dry up quickly), warm clothes, rain coats, sun glasses, hats and umbrellas.If you are coming in a rainy season then we would recommend you to come with strap sandals that are tough enough for trekking and other adventurous activities.
