Space:
Let me walk you through the villa:
Bedrooms: (All bedrooms are on the ground floor)
– All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs
– All bedrooms have king-sized beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
– Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
Living Room:
– The living room is spacious and has a seating arrangement for up to 16 people
Bathrooms:
– The villa has 4 private bathrooms
– All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
– Two bathrooms have bathtubs
– Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided
Kitchen & Meals:
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a gas stove
– Crockery is available for 15 people
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– Veg lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per person, per meal.
– Non-veg lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 350 per person, per meal, for chicken preparations and at Rs. 400 per person, per meal for fish and meat preparations.
– Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes and making simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
Lawn:
– The villa has a huge private lawn
– The lawn can easily accommodate up to 50 people
– Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice
– Outdoor games like cricket and badminton are available at the villa
Additional Amenities:
– Breakfast is complimentary
– A torch is available
– An iron is available
– A barbeque grill is available
– A bonfire can be arranged on additional cost for Rs 500/-
– Guests may use the wardrobes
– A medical kit is available at the villa
– Mosquito repellent can be provided

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.
Other things to note
– There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas
– The caretaker present at the property can only speak Kannada.
– A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests do not increase and the checkout time is adhered.
– A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.
– A bonfire can be arranged on additional cost for Rs 500/-
– WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time is available in all the rooms.
– Mobile networks such as BSNL and Airtel work fairly well here.
– Note: Caretaker doesn’t know Hindi or English, Caretaker can speak Kannad only.
The villa has 4 rooms in total. Crystal Homestay is also available for the guest to book room wise.
Staff Accommodation
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff at no additional charges, excluding meals.
– Guests can indulge in activities like Fishing, Cycling or take a stroll in the coffee plantations
– Famous attraction is the Dubare Elephant Camp
– Nearby eateries include Coorg Cliff Resort, Porcupine Resort etc.
